You may have notice that traditional largely plant based diets are being replaced by high fat energy dense diets with a substantial content of animal based foods at fast food counters while physical inactivity proves to be increasingly affecting a lot of people because of technology and a lot of mechanical innovations to promote comfortable living.

Lifestyles should be managed and balanced in a way that we used much of our strength to strengthen our muscles and stamina and for cardio purposes.
