As this website was created out of my passion to help people gather more information on how to improve their health in the least cost, I think it would be perfect to share what transpired during the web conference. I was really interested with the product. My antennae was working well today I know that any one may get optimum benefits taking it as recommended.

You can read more about Pro Argi 9 on these websites www.ProArgi9.com and www.ArginineAnswers.com. This material I got from the passionate guy who calls himself as Independent Member Jorgen Welsink. He was really distraught with the death of people close to him especially his best friend. I can understand his effort to spread information out of his compassion to help people live healthy lives with the best food supplement he also uses, feels and believes to be effective.

I feel for his need to give the best to the world disseminating information on the products he knows is effective, safe and affordable. The food supplement is said to stimulate production of human anti-aging mechanism for those who are over 23. I guess it would be nice to grow old gracefully and healthy with a smile knowing that what you need is well within your reach. Prevention of chronic disease

Energy expenditure through physical activity is an important part of a person’s day-to-day activity that balances and maintains body weight. This emphasizes consideration of the impact of physical activity along with the aspect of diet, nutrition and health. Physical activity has great influence on body composition and is one of the major causes of overweight and obesity. Your diet plan and exercise programs are the most cost effective, affordable and sustainable course of action to combat chronic diseases. Modern dietary patterns like fastfoods and physical activity patterns like escalator and elevator are communicable risk behavior affecting us globally. Technology no matter how much convenience and comfort it has given us makes us pay the other way round – our health. Technology oftentimes makes us lazy to do more physical activity which makes us all the more susceptible to chronic diseases. Learn to walk those stairs on your way to the office and be able to breathe in and out and maintain your abs. Hmmnn are you aspiring to be sexy? Walk the stairs and trim those tummy and be healthy!

Never too late to start exercising

There is no “from” period and “to” period starting out an exercise and creating better health habits. The moment you get aware of the benefits it brings to your beauty, career and outlook in life – do it! When you start walking or even just use your treadmill and stationary bike at home you improve your exercise efficiency. You get to have a lighter effect, change in mood and change in the way you think and decide on things. Your mind seems to work when you burn those fats out instead of sitting on them!

Those who maintain physical activity burn more fats and lose less muscle than those who focus on pure diet plans without exercise. People lose lean muscle mass with age. Losing much could be risky and may interfere with daily living. Exercise produces metabolic changes which require burning of calories to perform physical activity. Tablets, pills or multivitamins do not and can never replace proper diet and physical activity. Grow old healthy and mentally alert – exercise daily!

Handling chronic pain

There’s nothing more painful than heartache and a slip disc…. on my terms, laugh! These are the two pains in my life which I can faithfully describe to you in detail. And for this reason I can guarantee that even people who are suffering from stroke conditions are able to manage their activities and be able to walk again if they do this everyday – simply walk!

When I started to do my early morning walk, I almost failed. There were times that I should stop to ease out my pain. And it really feels like I got pinched on my back which makes it difficult to move any part of my body. So I need to freeze, as in literally freeze! And this happens even while I am crossing the street or sometimes in the middle of the road. It was really catching up with my confidence and self esteem but I kept up with my early morning walk.

Why would I ever do that? It is because I believe I could be a better person if I lose a little weight as a result of that daily activity. But then as I progress I discovered that my pain gets to its minimal level too because of the weight loss. My body feels lighter and my mood improves. Along with it, I noticed that I can write more easily and freely with the given condition. And hey my friends kept saying I am sexier lol.

So the target was to lose weight first. I was really making great efforts to accomplish my goals. I do my early morning walk and then swim in the weekend. I did it! The pain was gone and I was able to keep it at minimal level if it recurs. Another thing that I did was eat a lot of fish and unsalted vegetables. Yaiikksss!!!! I love salty foods and I suffered keeping up my goals. Haay torture but then it was the most effective way to lose weight and minimize your back pain.

Exercise… exercise… and exercise. Avoid salty foods and sugar. Do not drink colas nor rely on sugar cubes. This will help you out get a lighter feel, lose weight and manage chronic low back pain.

Home insemination

Hmmnn want that coo cooo angel smiles in your living room? Wanting to cuddle a live one instead of a teddy bear? Home insemination is the answer to those who want to be mom and dad but haven’t been fortunate enough to create one angel. Maybe it is just not the time yet but if you feel that you really want to take care of your big hubby baby and little baby at home to complete your happiness then there is no reason you should delay home insemination.

The most common method couples used is the collection cup and a syringe which is about 4 inches long or longer. The collection cup contains the semen and the hubby injects it to the wife. Of course there are things that should be done before the injection that your doctor will teach you later when you consult them of the subject. I came across this home insemination idea and was really amaze by the cost it had saved couples going to clinics for test tube babies.

What was funny about the articles and emails I read was that the hubbies are the ones exchanging ideas and comparing notes. They were actually helping each other excitedly talking about how they do it. Home artificial insemination is something that is new and strange for me. The first time I read the article I shrugged my shoulders but when I read two more coming from excited husbands I became interested and research about it.

For couples who had been living together for a long time and still don’t have any babies but want to have at least one baby then maybe it’s high time you go to your doctors and consult them about home insemination.

Save a heartache drop the defense!

Pride creates the most reasonable number of relationship breakups and heartaches. If we can just waive it for a moment then maybe we can prevent stabbing our own hearts. But then that is not the only problem that links to it. Most couples do not know their direction and do not know how to seek help. Well then if they know how to seek help and are thinking of going to a counselor they still do not know whom to approach.

Let me introduce to you Fred Talisman of talismaninstitute Ca, US. He is the most considerate, kind and passionate person I’ve known who cares for the feelings and situation of others. He had been saving relationships for over 32 years now. He’s good with his job because he is so full of love and confidence that even if only one person of the partnership wants to save the marriage there is still hope it can be worked out.

He has a good understanding of the human nature and is driven by the compassion to keep marriages and relationships last. Honestly he was a good morale booster and the very reason I am still working online now. He never stops believing in me and he trusts me like no other person have done when you meet the first time. I always remember how kind he was to coach on me and really bridge our communication gap.

Cultural diversity could be such a problem for two people if one won’t patiently try to discover how to tap the other skills and see your potential despite the difference. There’s really no problem whether you come from US or anywhere, he surely will bridge your communication gap and relay to you perfectly. He is not only best at saving marriages but he is also good getting that work related stress out of your system. He will help you manage how to be creative enough to live a real healthy happy life. Call on Fred Talisman about your relationship problems and learn the skills you need to live a good life!

Plumpy’nut – a cure for malnutrition!!!

Plumpy’nut is made out of a concoction of peanut butter, vegetable oil and powdered milk which are enriched with vitamins and minerals and requires no cooking or refrigeration. It has an estimated shelf life of 2 years when unopened and is categorized by WHO as a cheap, easy to make and ready to use therapeutic food that’s considered by Nobel prize winning relief “Doctors Without Borders” as the most important advance ever to cure and prevent malnutrition. The standard treatment is usually set to 4 weeks for about 2 to 3 times a day and reverses malnutrition problems in severely malnourished children.

Plumpy’nut has been one of the key tools used to save thousands of lives during the crisis in 2005 across Niger. This high protein, high energy, peanut based paste comes in easy to transport and distribute foil wrappers or small plastic tubs. Children actually love its sweet taste and easily eat them. Children typically return to a healthy weight in 3 to 4 weeks. Fortunately Plumpy’nut has helped organizations and volunteers to save severely malnourished children who do not even survived in clinical conditions. With its discovery, it has successfully cut death rates in half.

Malnutrition damages the immune system. A room crowded with sick children is considered as a perfect breeding ground for infection. The only likely solution is home treatment made possible by distributing Plumpy’nut without worries on handling and shipping contaminated milk and dirty water. Plumpy’nut opens a lot of oors to fulfill any person’s mission to save lives. A child can definitely feed himself to it and just self regulate!

Maybe you would want to help and contribute or coordinate with WHO. There is nothing more important that you can give to the world but the act of love and compassion saving children’s lives who may grow to be good leaders someday. Plumpy’nut is not so expensive to give now than the options we had before. Production is minimal and least costly if done locally I guess. Good idea?

Google health record keeping

Google has been thinking a lot of ways to monopolize user’s preference and loyalty. Google health is in its beta stage now. Google is a real one stop shop for all your email and filing storage needs. I am even starting to migrate to Google because of the product features and innovations they are constantly trying to introduce to their users. Google health is just perfect for you. Store your health information there and experience the ease and convenience reading and accessing your health records and history right at the tip of your fingers in a click. Knives for your herniated discs pain remedy?

Why I am so afraid with knives is not a matter of maturity whether I am going to take the risk of getting operated in a table by some surgeon I wouldn’t know is Christian enough to practice empathy in his profession. The reason is that I am not sure if I am going to get better or worse after the knife part.

Disc herniations are most common in the lumbar area. The usual recommended treatment is generally open back high risks surgery with longer hospital stays and lengthy recuperation time. If you get fed up containing the pain then you just have to settle yourself with the thought of lying on that cold room and getting ready for the knife part. Ngehh…. No… no….nah… as much as I can help it I wouldn’t lie down there.

First consideration is the money that will be spent during the operation and while you are recuperating not to mention the “what if” this will happen to you. You know what I mean. The “what if” is more expensive. What if something goes wrong? Can someone stretch out a dollar for that day to day of your life you are trying to breathe some fresh air in a closed bedroom? God I wouldn’t wanna know what it will be.

So let’s get to the basics of what you should do when you have one herniated lumbar disc like mine. Stop eating too much and maintain your ideal body weight. Yes that’s it! Maintain your ideal body weight and go easy with your diet plan. You need to help your body carry your weight. Getting more weight will cause you more pain. I encourage you do physical activity that does not involve bending like walking. By the way if you stretch too much it will cause you more pain. Observe correct body posture. This means where ever you are, whatever you do – always remember correct body posture. Never take this for granted. Give it a week and you’ll be running for that pain reliever in your medicine cabinet lol.

Swimming is good. Water exercise is good. Don’t swim like an athlete though. Just swim to stretch your muscles in the water. It will do your body more good than harm and will help your muscles relax too. Get a swimming partner buddy so you won’t get bored and lazy. Select someone with not much life baggage. Having a friend with a lot of problems when you are going on a therapy will add up to the pain. You won’t be able to swim but instead spend the whole of your time listening to him. So choose one that can make you smile and look radiant when you are having your therapy. Allocate another time for friends who need your ears and not when you are having your therapy. This is one mistake we always overlook at time.

Get cured be sure that you don’t sit too long nor stand too long. Shift your position always. And the best part is to have a light massage at night with hot packs. Massage the area near the injured area but not directly at the area. But you have to put the hot packs directly at the area of course. Liniments that are most soothing are the ones that will give you a cool hot feeling. Hot I say because it will counter the pain a little and will make you go to sleep. Ops please don’t leave hot packs for more than 20 minutes. Never stop being active it will help you keep yourself healthy. If you have anything to share, leave a comment. Sharing notes with someone of same herniated disc problem is most welcome.

Approach to diet and nutrition

Eating the same kind of food everyday gives you the same kind of nourishment you need. Eliminating nutrition deficiency requires sufficient, safe and varied food suppliers to help reduce risk of chronic diseases and prevent malnutrition. Nutrition transition includes quantitative and qualitative changes in your diet which includes a shift in the structure of the diet itself. Diets evolve over time. Factors like lifestyle and food habits as such as buying at fast foods every meal time affects your nutritional value choices. Discipline and physical activity is very important. When you intend to give yourself chances for a better life, choose what you feed yourselves well. Maybe you can limit fast food counters and try cooking a good meal at home for a change. If you feel lazy slicing tomatoes and cooking on pans then might as well know how they cook your favorite dishes and learn how to balance your food intake. Fit your nutrition to your lifestyle and know if you are getting the most nutrition of what you have been feeding yourselves lately.

Sleep and cancer

Man cannot survive lack of sleep for as long as he can survive deprivation of food. All the organs of the human body are subject to fatigue as such as our muscles, central nervous system and our sensory organs. Working these organs for sometime at a certain level of intensity and energy expenditure produces fatigue and requires an alternation of exertion and rest.

You must suspend activity temporarily in order to replenish energy. The fatigue that you feel shows how strenuous you have been exerting and going beyond your limits and maybe at a level where you sure could not further exert yourself. I hope you grasp the idea of not stretching what you cannot stretch by the law of nature. Fatigue is a behavioral regulator of activity which is physiological but may lead to pathological conditions of exhaustion or even of collapse that could be organic, psychological or psychosomatic.

Have you ever wondered why sometimes you feel emotionally and physically tired for no reason at all? Lack of sleep has serious consequences. The way you feel and think is being affected by lack of sleep. It has adverse effects on our motor skills and immunity. You should know by now that several nights of poor sleep can hamper immunity. Yeah…. Yeah… and still you are taking it for granted eh?

Learn to stay young and healthy by parking your bodies at the right time. I have encountered a lot of business and career professionals who are trying to find more profitable and productive time at work and a more balanced and enjoyable time at home depriving their selves with what I see is most important to keep them going – sleep!

Sleep could be America's number 1 health problem because of its stress related disorders reducing workplace productivity and affecting social relationships because of mood change. Please don’t cut back on sleep to get to the top. Money, personally for me as I see it, is not everything but health and relationships are!

The importance of sleep

Our biological clock runs on a daily basis called as the circadian rhythm. Normally your body is alert in the morning and winds down until nighttime when it is a natural state to sleep.

Before you wake up each day your body and blood temperature rises, your heart beats faster and your endocrine glands squirt out cortisol and other hormones you need to get going for the day.

At night before you go to sleep, your temperature, heart rate and blood pressure falls. Your body releases more melatonin from the bare of brain in response to declining levels of light. Thus cortisol is active at day and melatonin is active at night.

Wrong Impression

You may think you are active at night but your bodies may not agree. The point is we don’t go against nature and what we have been built from the very beginning of time. To make my point, I would like to share with you some research I have read in the past like some women working at night shifts found to be more vulnerable to breast and colon cancer and a news item regarding research on highly industrialized areas showing more workers working at night shifts getting cancer. Hah! Here’s more – fatigue and loss of appetite are also caused by the skewed circadian rhythm.

Part of each cell in your body is out of sync with healthy cells. One research found out that if you go to bed by 10pm and wake up at about 6am you reduced your risk on breast cancer by 50% lower.

Don’t take sleep for granted or shall we say life?

Sleep is so important that even one hour less of it each night can cut your life short. Research shows that people who sleep less than six hours a night don’t live as long as those who sleep for seven or eight hours. That magnificent multitasking intelligence that manages your mind and body needed to rest to properly perform all the tasks needed to carry out to keep you balanced and healthy. Sleep that is fewer than four hours invites onset of diseases as such as diabetes, high blood pressure and weight gain. Wow! What a waste of energy carrying out pain!

A simple lifestyle change can help you gain several more productive, creative and focused hours a day! Please don’t let habits and behaviors get in the way. Take sleep seriously and do what it takes to do to add more to your lives or at least keep those net income really an income and not a bounce back expense to medicals. As I have told you, money is not everything but health is!

Reduce pain, manage your weight using Herbalife

Start living the life you want and motivate yourselves to become healthy and fit to meet your career goals and financial dreams. Nobody would want to become rich but sickly. That would be funny! Of course you don’t want to work just to spend 80% of your income to paying your medical bills.

The best way to reduce stress and maintain a healthy looking skin youthful look is to maintain your ideal weight. Your wellness program should start with the obvious which is better weight management. You may be not what you eat but your body will show what you’ve been feeding it. If you grasp the idea on how to keep yourself healthy, it always starts with your weight and food intake.

To help you do this you may want to take a look at herbal nutrition sites or herbal supplements sites. I have read the nutritional products and support articles of Herbalife tonight. They are offering a customized Cellular Nutrition approach program to look and feel your best. The big catch with Herbalife is the customized program. Who else would want to copy or follow a program that is not structured to your type of body and health condition?

I’ve look at their featured products and the beverage fruit mix or protein drink mix for hunger control looks and sounds delectable. I had 2 or 3 clients at the bank before who had claimed Herbalife as an effective weight control. If you got the budget you may want to try it.

I am still saving to buy on Shape Works that comes with a customized meal plan. Tell me when you get it. I want to know your success story. Keep in mind this needs discipline too. By the way please don’t forget physical activity. That is still basic to good health and nutrition.

Prevention of chronic diseases

Please don’t go to the doctor when you have them already. It is best to develop healthy eating habits including physical activities to keep you in good shape. Diet and nutrition in the prevention of chronic diseases plays an all equivalent role of importance with exercise and daily burning of fats and calories. The best way I can think of preventing chronic diseases is to discipline and teach your own selves to practice thinking about diet, nutrition, fruits, vegetables and walking or any sweat-it-all physical activity.

We don’t rely on doctors to do this for us because the main thing that they do is type in our complaints and save it on their PDAs. They are on to monitoring and giving treatments if we go back to their clinics. They don’t guarantee health. They only help us keep ourselves getting healthy. So where do we go from here if we don’t make ourselves responsible enough to keep us healthy?

Being healthy is not a matter of getting consultations from the best doctor in town. Being healthy means how you take care of your health and your diet. Well we better start now if we don’t want to be kept on queues in their clinics. Who wants to be my health buddy?

Managing stroke

Relieve pain and restore self to good health – never let frustrations sink in!

In desperate moments you have everyone near your heart to call on. But if they won’t come don’t let frustrations topple your confidence down. Life has its own meaning and events serve you with a purpose. Try to keep yourself at bay from negative emotions and try listening to music first.

Yes music therapy has a lot to do with your emotions, moods and thinking. Give yourself the chance to feel light to overcome stress. Listen to music and maybe try to sing along with it like you are singing with a karaoke. Music helps to make you feel good even if you go up and down with your mood. It does help ease the pain.

When you hear the sounds daydream a little and you will notice that your mood will elevate. There you are…. You feel lighter now….. Can you snap you fingers? Snap and go with the beat.

Then move your feet… move your legs… that’s it… little by little…. Stretch your arms…. Go …. Go… you are doing well…

Stroke is not easy to deal with but the most critical part is the confidence and the will to survive. Take it easy and listen to the music. Go with the beat and stretch… there you are… stretch again….

Having fun?

I have experienced dragging my left leg five years ago while walking going to the office to report work. And it was not easy. I did not have a stroke but my herniated disc was causing me much pain. My left leg was all numb sometimes I can’t feel with my leg and it was so frustrating because I was still in my 30s at that time.

I had my moments and frustrations but tried to survive by undergoing physical therapy and going to an early morning walk everyday, swim at the sea on weekends and then danced with Britney Spears songs any time when I am at home. It was great help because I am still walking until now without undergoing surgery yet. And by the way, it will make you slimmer and look sexy too. I guess that’s the bonus!

The asthma update

Manchester researchers found that severe asthma is brought by common airborne fungi as such as household molds, damp, dead leaves, trees and grass. Triggers are everywhere if we just think of it. We are not even free from our very own homes. Our homes may contain triggers like dust mites, secondhand smoke, cockroaches, cats and dogs.

At least people nowadays are aware that asthma is considered as life threatening. You just don’t know the feeling I had when I got admitted before to the emergency room because of my asthma. Later I heard some people crying and realized that the man occupying the bed next to mine died of asthma just moments ago. Nyahh… you must have known the little panic that crept within me….

Your environment can cause, trigger or exacerbate asthma symptoms. One good thing to take note is the presence of Nitrogen Dioxide which is an odorless gas. This is the usual byproduct of gas stoves, gas or oil furnaces, fireplaces, wood stoves and unvented kerosene or gas space heaters. I always have my asthma attack if I am exposed to this kind of trigger especially engine exhaust.

So if you have asthma please avoid these triggers and try to breathe more fresh air. This will do well to your lungs.

White spots?

White spots on skin are often cause by fungal infection brought about by using bath towels more than once. It is best to always use fresh towels each time you take a shower or a bath. But if you do have the white spots on your skin now then I think you should try what I’ve stumbled in my research.

Lather your back and your chest or the area of the white spot with an antidandruff shampoo until they are gone. One that was often mentioned in several articles was Selsun Blue. An athlete’s foot crème may be effective for some while tea tree oil is favored by the majority. Whatever treatment you plan to take is welcome but remember never to reuse used towels again or it will come back.

Perfect body

Say hello to a perfect healthy body and say goodbye to chronic diseases the easy way – diet and nutrition!

Diet and nutrition are critical to the promotion and maintenance of good health throughout your entire life course. The burden of chronic diseases is rapidly increasing globally as such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, osteoporosis and dental diseases. But let me ask you guys… Are you not aware that chronic diseases are largely preventable diseases?

Yup darlings they are preventable diseases. Modern dietary patterns and physical activity patterns are risk behaviors affecting one population to another and are considered as communicable at the risk factor level. You may have notice that traditional largely plant based diets are being replaced by high fat energy dense diets with a substantial content of animal based foods at fast food counters while physical inactivity proves to be increasingly affecting a lot of people because of technology and a lot of mechanical innovations to promote comfortable living.

Yesireee comfortable living is giving as an edge to win the marathon race to the doors of early onset of chronic diseases. Lifestyles should be managed and balanced in a way that we used much of our strength to strengthen our muscles and stamina and for cardio purposes. And most of all this gives us the perfect body we need when we decide to start sweating it out.

Food strategies could well be spelled in diet and nutrition. It’s repetitive but we always go back there. Food, diet, nutrition, physical inactivity could be improved by eating lots of fruits and vegetables and doing daily exercises.
